Recently, there is a question that confuses me all along. All those who truly believe in the Lord long for eternal life bestowed by God. For this sake, we actively attend the gathering, persist in reading the Bible and praying, work for the Lord, and spread the name of the Lord. By doing so, we think we can be raptured into the kingdom of heaven and obtain eternal life when the Lord comes. Outwardly, we actively expend ourselves, read the Bible and pray, and work for the Lord, however, we are unable to cast off the bondage of sin and still constantly commit sins and confess. The Lord once said, “… Whoever commits sin is the servant of sin. And the servant stays not in the house for ever: but the Son stays ever”(John 8:34-35). Are we, who still often commit sins, not the servant of sin who was mentioned by the Lord and not qualified to enter God’s family? How could we obtain eternal life? What should we do can gain eternal life bestowed by God? Happily, I watched a gospel short video on the network. It allows me to know how to gain the way of eternal life. Today I recommend this short video to friends who have the same confusion with me.
